CLARE fixed multifunctional mixer is made up of high shearing disperse mulser,high-speed disperser and special anchor agitator so that its model changes a lot. When the high shearing disperse mulser sprays water from the bottom to the level, anchor agitator will squarecut it in the different lay which slows down the level speed. High-speed disperser will make further disperse and crash.So multifunctional mixer strengthen the function of emusifying,dispersing,homogeneity,mixing and pulverizing.It has better performance, which called “universal machine with excellent function” in foreign countries.

Compare with anchor blender,there is a translamella in the frame blender.Actually in order to amplify blending range, leaf can be added in the frame blender.Measurement of anchor and frame blender is as follows:
Blender diameter and slot inter diameter proportion: d / D=0.9--0.98
Leaf width and blender diameter proportion b / d =0.1--0.095
blender height and diameter proportion h / d =1--0.48,according to inside liquid height
Compare with other blenders,these two blenders have large-scale blending in diameter and height direction which makes material better flowing.At same time,it can produce big shearing power during blending.It is usually used in high viscosity blending.Because of large diameter, big power is no need under the low-speed condition.The highest rotating speed is within 80RPM which makes they work in the laminar conditions.
